This is where you will find the application template, the face claim, and the sleeping quarters assignments. Be sure to post your application in the 'pending applications' subforum! Add a 'WIP' to the subject if it isn't finished and let us admins know as soon as it's ready to be reviewed!

Once your character has been accepted, their application will be moved here to the appropriate subforum and you are set to begin roleplaying!

Do you want to expand on your character and give them more depth? Get a up a journal to hash out their thoughts, or a timeline so you can get their history in order! Also, this is where you would post your thread trackers if you need one to keep tabs on all of your threads.

This is where you post those nifty plot threads for your characters and discuss relationships as well as plot lines. This is an integral part to make sure your character has some relationships and interaction, so don't forget to do it! However, don't forget to actually roleplay, either. Don't just discuss the plots, make them happen!

Does your character need to have an IM or text conversation? Do you want to LRP, but your partner isn't around? Do you want to IC, but there are too many people for the things you want to play out? Did you LRP via IM and want a place to save the conversation?

This is where you can do all of those things. Here you can post short threads that are mostly dialogue based, such as what takes place in an LRP or the ICC. However, if posting here exceeds regular posting, this board WILL be deactivated. Also THIS IS NOT FOR SEX.

Once you get past Le Cirque Noir's main entrance, you'll find this large grassy area. Tickets to the show and carnival rides are sold here in addition to heart-attack-inducing concession and cheaply made circus souvenirs.

Complete with a house of mirrors, Ferris wheel, and a large number of violent mechanical rides, this sprawling carnival takes up the majority of the lot. Also, don't forget to visit one of our many game booths scattered throughout - you're sure to win a prize (at least at the one or two that aren't rigged).

It's impossible to miss this gigantic white canvas tent, situated on the right side of the lot. Once you enter, you'll find an entire wall of raised seats facing three large rings. The most spectacular acts are performed in the big top, so you most definitely don't want to miss the show.

This tent directly behind the big top houses all of Le Cirque Noir's performing animals (not including the horses, which are kept in stalls on the train). Performers must pass through this tent to reach the back doors of the big top, so right before the spec this tent is always full of activity.

This small village of individual tents that house our freaks and sideshow attractions sits on the lot opposite the big top. An individual fee must be paid to see each of these bewildering spectacles. But be warned, the sights you may see upon entering these tents are not for the faint of heart.

By paying a little extra cash, you can get escorted back to this small, seemingly unassuming tent near the rear of the lot. Once inside, you'll find tables and chairs surrounding a dimly lit stage where our beautiful burlesque girls are sure to put on a show like you've never seen before.

This wide tent, complete with long, cafeteria-like tables and benches, is where all food is served. When the flag is raised over the cookhouse, everyone drops whatever they're doing to come grab a bite. In fact, meal time may be the only time when every member of Le Cirque Noir are in the same place at once.

Complete with showers, trunks and wardrobes full of costumes, as well as large mirrors with tables of makeup and hair products, a performer can find everything here they need to get ready for the show. There's even a special tent dedicated to the clowns, nicknamed "Clown Alley".

This tent, which sits in close proximity to the cooch tent, is where all members of the circus come to smoke, drink, and gamble. Hey, can you blame them for wanting to blow off some steam after a hard days work?

With it's legendary coal black cars, Le Cirque Noir's train rests on an abandoned stretch of railroad just at the edge of the lot. Every member of the show's sleeping quarters are located here, starting at the front of the train with the Directors' extravagant living quarters, going all the way back to the worker's dank, bunk-style sleeping cars. Also, stalls of both the ring and baggage stock horses are kept at the back of the train along with extra storage cars.

Now that Le Cirque Noir is traveling again, the members are going to have more cities to explore on their Sundays off from the show. Each city forum will be active to make posts for one month and for only replies the following month. Be sure to tag in which city your thread takes place!

If there's a specific location you have in mind that isn't listed above, you can post your thread here. But remember, all members of Le Cirque aren't able to wander too far away from the actual lot, so your options are kind of limited. However, you can also use this forum to post threads that have happened in the past, even threads that will happen in the future, or just pure alternate reality threads altogether.

Do you have some down time? Waiting for a reply to a thread? Well, this forum is your new best friend. There are games, graphic requests, and just general chat subforums for you to post in at your leisure. Also, there is a thread for absences and the like, so don't forget to post there if you're going somewhere!
